 Our Company "Recipe"

Take a career chef with an instinctive flair for the culinary arts,

Add one professional architect trained in historic preservation,

Toss in the desire to create, shake it up, and what do you get?

A successful catering and event planning company, of course!

The "recipe" was cooked up in the spring of 1994 and our future company was "in the oven".

Since creativity was the main ingredient, we approached the structuring of the company

like an architectural design project and first developed a conceptual ideology:

“to create high quality, innovative cuisine with an emphasis

on artistic presentation inspired by proven design principles”

Now that we had our concept, we needed a name. We chose to reflect our objective to be a

full service event company driven by innovative design, hence, the name Designed Events.

True to our original ideals, we still approach every event as an individual design project.

Over the last decade, our custom designed menus, attention to detail and unique

decorative touches have garnered us a reputation as a visionary catering company.

Word of mouth referrals and repeat clientele have nurtured our ongoing success.

Our experienced team remains committed to creating extraordinarily memorable

events which reflect your tastes and style while allowing you to focus on

the ultimate priority . . . your guests. As the great Walt Disney once said:
